01 · Information collected

Share only what supports your request.

Depending on the pathway you choose, information may include your name, email, contact details, appointment preferences, language or communication preferences, island and service location, guest count, optional partner or referral name/code, gift-certificate details, business name, public website address, project goals, professional inquiry details, apparel fit and creative preferences, future self-care package interests, permitted personalization wording, general delivery area, and the content of messages or feedback you choose to submit.

The exclusive apparel and future self-care forms create a request summary on your device. This website does not save those form answers or submit the summary to SHAYDAGODDESS™. Your device, clipboard service, and email provider handle any summary you choose to copy or prepare under their own settings. An emailed request is handled as ordinary business correspondence and does not subscribe you to marketing.

The first-party review form may collect experience category, rating, written feedback, improvement suggestions, display preference, optional email, publication consent, and private-contact consent.

The cart stores only established book and approved inquiry item IDs in this browser’s local storage so selections can remain on the device. A stored book ID is not proof that the work is released, available, ordered, or paid for. It does not store your name, email, request answers, payment details, or a price supplied by another website. A prepared inquiry email remains on your device until you choose to send it.

Accessibility and comfort choices—such as text size, easier-to-read type, spacing, contrast, reduced motion, calmer visuals, and optional pause reminders—are stored only in this browser so the website can remember them. A session-only marker may note that a chosen pause reminder already appeared during the current visit. These device settings are not a diagnosis, profile, or marketing record and can be changed or reset through the Accessibility panel or browser controls.

If a partner introduces a client, the client should have given permission for the partner to share the minimal booking details. Partners should not send medical history, health conditions, payment credentials, or detailed intake information. HealingTouch handles its own private client intake directly.

Subscription buttons on this website direct to the official SHAYDAGODDESS™ Gumroad page. Gumroad may collect subscription information under its own privacy terms and may make relevant subscriber information available through its creator tools. This website does not currently present or store a public first-party email subscription.

For privacy, keep payment-card details, passwords, recovery codes, private security information, and unnecessary sensitive health information out of public-facing forms and ordinary email.

02 · How information is used

Information supports the purpose for which it was provided.

Submitted information may be used to review and respond to requests, identify a documented referral, shape an apparel design brief, understand interest in a future self-care release, prepare a quote or next step, coordinate an eligible service, verify or redeem a gift certificate, answer a question, evaluate a partnership, administer eligible referral compensation, moderate feedback, improve the website and services, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and address safety, fraud, or legal obligations. Device-local cart IDs are used only to show the saved books and inquiry pathways on this device.

Private contact information is not displayed through the public review archive.

03 · Email subscriptions

Current subscriptions are managed through Gumroad.

Selecting a subscription button takes you to the official SHAYDAGODDESS™ Gumroad page. Gumroad’s privacy, account, and unsubscribe processes apply to information submitted there. Subscription remains optional and is separate from booking, purchasing, community participation, and access to public website information.

Subscription remains separate from essential, non-marketing communication about a request, purchase, certificate, appointment, safety matter, or other transaction you initiated.

04 · Reviews and publication choices

You decide whether feedback may be considered for display.

Review submissions are stored in the website’s private database and begin in a pending moderation state. Choosing “private only” keeps the submission out of the public archive. Choosing “may publish” allows consideration for public display after privacy, relevance, safety, and authenticity review; it does not guarantee publication.

If an ethical follow-up system is activated, and contact permission plus the completed experience make follow-up appropriate, a customer or client may receive a single review invitation approximately three days after a completed service or at an appropriate reading interval after a completed book purchase and delivery. A booking request alone is not treated as a completed service. Review invitations are optional, do not require positive feedback, and remain separate from essential transaction or appointment communication.

If published, only the chosen display name, relevant experience details, rating when provided, written feedback, and an accurate verification label when substantiated may be shown. Private email and correspondence remain excluded.

05 · Connected services and outside websites

Some pathways are provided by independent services.

The appointment form is delivered through Google Forms so request notifications and the existing response process continue to work. Subscription buttons direct to Gumroad. The dedicated SHAYDAGODDESS™ bookstore sends only an approved book ID back to this Main Hub cart; the Main Hub determines the title and price. The site also links to Google Business Profile, Facebook, YouTube, and independent partner websites.

No payment information is collected through the current Main Hub cart. Any live payment pathway will identify its provider and applicable terms before use.

When you open or submit information through an outside service, that provider’s privacy and security terms also apply. Review the provider’s terms before sharing information you consider sensitive. See Google’s Privacy Policy for the appointment-form pathway.

06 · Retention and protection

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed.

Information may be retained while a request, service, certificate balance, review, professional relationship, accounting need, safety concern, or legal obligation remains active. Cart selections remain in this browser until you remove them, clear the cart, clear browser storage, or the device removes them. Gumroad controls retention for information submitted through its platform under its own policies. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

07 · Your choices

Ask, correct, or request deletion.

You may ask what information was submitted directly, correct inaccurate information, withdraw optional contact permission, request that unpublished feedback remain private, or request deletion when retention is no longer necessary and no legal, accounting, safety, or fraud-prevention obligation requires it.

You can remove a book or inquiry, or clear the entire cart from the cart page. Earlier book selections may remain after release status changes, so the current status shown on the website governs. Cart selections use browser storage for convenience, while public information remains available with or without a saved list.

If you subscribed through Gumroad, use the unsubscribe or preference pathway provided by Gumroad. You may also email a privacy request if a link is missing or you need help.
