Receive the numbered certificate
After payment is confirmed, a digital certificate is issued with a unique number in the format HTGC-YYYY-XXXXXX.
Apply it toward eligible care
The recipient provides the certificate number when requesting an appointment. Its available value is verified before booking.
How the dollar value is used
Flexible value, clearly tracked.
Every paid dollar remains trackable. Larger remaining balances receive an updated certificate; smaller balances stay safely connected to the original number.
Use the available dollar value toward any eligible HealingTouch massage service or active optional add-on.
If the chosen experience costs more than the certificate value, the recipient pays the difference.
No paid balance is forfeited after a partial redemption.
If $150 or more remains, an updated digital certificate is issued showing the new available balance.
If less than $150 remains, the balance stays connected to the original certificate number for a future eligible service.
Gift certificates do not expire and may be transferred to another recipient.
Appointment dates are reviewed and confirmed separately when the certificate is redeemed.
Gratuity and travel or transportation fees are not included unless the certificate specifically says otherwise.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where applicable law requires it.
